A place for children to get started with archaeology, under adult supervision
Visit the cellar of discoveries and find out all about tools and techniques from prehistoric times to the Middle Ages - and learn things while having fun! Make an arrow, shape and decorate a clay pot, craft jewellery from copper wire or try on a real suit of armour: choose from 22 exciting activities that reveal how people lived in our region in the past.
The cellar has the same opening hours as the RAM.

A visit to the cellar of discoveries is included in the general museum ticket.
